Delivery Explained

Delivery and installation:

We provide a comprehensive delivery and installation service throughout the North of England using our own dedicated delivery teams.

Operating from our warehouse facility in Leeds, our delivery teams will:

1. Arrange a suitable delivery date and time

2. Deliver, assemble and install the goods

3. Remove all waste packaging

4. Provide customers with product instructions

We also operate a key collection and return service for unoccupied properties, and can remove by prior arrangement with you any old or unwanted furniture and appliance items.

Our policy is to minimise waste to landfill, therefore we recycle all waste packaging and work closely with a variety of charities in order to reuse old or unwanted furniture and appliances.

Our high standard delivery and installation service is currently only available in the North of England. Keep in touch to find out when this service will be rolled out to other areas in the UK.

Most of our furniture and appliances can also be delivered by way of carrier service at a nominal cost.
